Subscription Terms

Sam Gym offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store.

• Payment — Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal — Your subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Price — Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your initial subscription.
• Managing Subscriptions — You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
• Cancellation — If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Free Trials

Your subscription includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be charged $3.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID.

Use of the Service

• You must be at least 17 years old to use Sam Gym.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Sam Gym provides fitness tracking and nutritional information for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration

Sam Gym integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and display health and fitness data. This data is used solely to provide personalized weight predictions and fitness insights within the app. We never share HealthKit data with third parties or use it for advertising.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Sam Gym is owned by Sam Gym. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sam Gym is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Use fitness and nutritional data at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam Gym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Apple Standard EULA

Use of Sam Gym is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
